Chandler joined Brown Brothers Harriman in 2005 as global head of currency strategy. He had been the chief currency strategist for HSBC Bank USA and Mellon Bank. An associate professor at New York University, he teaches classes in international political economy.

Senior managing director, global head of commodity and options products
Sammann joined the CME in 2006, where he had previously served as senior managing director of interest rates and FX products. Before that, he was managing director, global head of FX options and structured products, at Calyon in London. Sammann also serves as vice chair of the recently formed Foreign Exchange Professionals Association.

Nadir Mahmud
Global head of FX and local markets
Mahmud was named to his current position in February, and he relocated to London from Singapore, where he had been regional markets head for Asia-Pacific at Citi. He began his career at Citi in Bahrain in 1984 and has held senior positions at the bank in London, New York, Riyadh and Johannesburg. Mahmud was head of proprietary trading at Sakura Global Capital in New York from 1996 to 2000, before rejoining Citi as fixed-income, currencies and commodities head for sub-Saharan Africa.

James Bindler
Head of G10 Foreign Exchange
Bindler is responsible for all foreign exchange sales and trading in the G10 developed markets at Citi. A member of the London Foreign Exchange Joint Standing Committee, hosted by the Bank of England, he first joined Citi in 1990 on the FX options desk. He was a multi-asset proprietary trader at NatWest Markets from 1997 to 2000, before returning to Citi. Prior to his current position, Bindler was head of trading for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and global head of FX options.

Co-president of liquid markets, and co-chief investment officer of the Fortress Macro Fund
Feig joined the New York–based global investment manager Fortress in June from Citi, where he was managing director and global head of G10 FX. Fortress’s liquid-markets business includes the firm’s macro funds, which invest across products and geographies, as well as a fund-of-funds. A native of Toronto, Feig joined a Citi predecessor in 1989 as an associate on the FX desk.

Boillereau, an HSBC managing director, is also global head of corporate sales, based at the bank’s Canary Wharf headquarters in London He began his career trading exotic FX options at Crédit Agricole Indosuez in 1996 in New York. He joined Republic National Bank in 1998, which was acquired by HSBC in 2000. He is a board member of both CLS and the global FX division of AFME and serves on the Foreign Exchange Committee of the Bank of England.

Previously, he had been head of global FX at J.P. Morgan for seven years. Rohrbaugh is the current chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s FX Committee.

Connolly joined Wells Fargo in 1986 as the chief corporate adviser for trading and sales. Three years later he became the division manager for foreign exchange trading and sales. In 1995 he began overseeing global transaction banking. He is chairman of Wells Fargo Bank International. Connolly is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s FX Committee.
