Global Finance has named the Safest Banks in Central and Eastern Europe in an exclusive survey to be published in the November 2017 issue as part of the publication’s 26th annual ranking of the World’s Safest Banks.

Andrew Cunnigham, founder and director of UK based Darien Analytics and consultant to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) has been preparing the ranking for the magazine since 2011.  He shares insights from the survey in this video.

Safest Banks In Western Europe

In the past year, Western Europe has confronted the risks of fragmentation, from developments such as Brexit and rising tensions with trading partners such as the United States. The Safest Banks in the region showcases banks that have built solid foundations—offering security and stability in this rapidly changing environment—and provides a consistent tool for comparing institutional strength within the region.
